AI and Data Processing
Revenue Engine includes AI-assisted features designed to help users work through commercial strategy, prospecting, meeting notes, follow-ups and sales activity.
AI is used to assist human judgement. It does not replace it.
How AI Is Used
AI features may help with:
- drafting emails
- summarising meeting notes
- analysing commercial information
- preparing follow-up actions
- generating playbooks
- reviewing sales activity
- helping users work through structured commercial workflows
Model Training
Client content submitted through Revenue Engine is not used to train AI models through the commercial API services used by Sales Triage.
AI Providers
Sales Triage uses commercial AI providers under their business or API terms. The providers currently in use are:
- Anthropic
- OpenAI
The provider used for a given feature may change as the service evolves. If we engage a new AI provider, it is added to the Suppliers and Subprocessors page, and we route personal data to it only once it is engaged under an appropriate data processing agreement.
AI Data Sent to Providers
Where AI functionality is used, the relevant user input may be sent to an AI provider to generate a response.
This may include:
- prompts
- business context
- sales notes
- meeting notes
- CRM notes
- prospect or client context entered by the user
- documents or content submitted to an AI feature
Users should not submit special category data or information they are not entitled to share.
AI Retention
Some AI providers may temporarily retain submitted inputs and outputs for abuse prevention, service monitoring or security purposes under their commercial service terms.
The Sales Triage Privacy Policy notes that this is often up to around 30 days unless a shorter or zero-retention arrangement applies.
Where content is indexed to support follow-up questions or search (for example into a vector store associated with an account), that indexed content persists until it is deleted by the user or by us.
International Processing
Data stored directly in the Revenue Engine platform is currently held in the UK.
AI providers may process data outside the UK, including in the United States.
Where international transfers occur, Sales Triage relies on appropriate contractual safeguards where required.
Human Review
AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable.
Users remain responsible for reviewing AI outputs before relying on them or sending them to third parties.
What AI Does Not Do
Revenue Engine AI features do not:
- use client content to train AI models
- make fully automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects
- replace the user's responsibility for judgement
- require special category data
- require confidential client information unless the client chooses to submit it
