- Audit the key touchpoints Brand name, website, LinkedIn/social, messaging – do they match?
- Review your client base Keep / Maintain / Exit, with a next step for each.
- Set a review cycle Quarterly works well. Put a recurring block in the diary to reread and update it (especially Why Now).
