How is the programme delivered?
The programme can be completed through self-learning, live online delivery, or in-person sessions.
The framework and outcomes are the same – the difference is how you engage with it.
Do I need any sales experience?
Need? No. The programme is built for business owners with any level of commercial experience. We use the same process in-house when we launch new services and it serves as a structured process to complete, even if you know the detail already.
Is 1:1 coaching included?
That’s where the programme started but our ambition was to help as many people as possible so we created this self-paced, self-directed approach. 1:1 coaching is available on an ad-hoc basis and you can book through the programme if you have questions or want feedback on the strategy you develop.
How long does it take?
Access to the online self-learning programme is provided for 16 weeks but you can work at your own pace. In-person training is adapted to the group.
What if I don’t get results?
Everyone who has completed the programme has seen meaningful progress quickly – even experienced founders and commercial leaders. The programme gives you a clear, structured way to build momentum. Many return to it when they launch new products or want to reset their commercial approach (we use it ourselves in exactly the same way).
