Sales Triage: I’m Not A Sales Person, But I Am In Sales

Whether you’re running your own business, or you’ve been promoted into a client-facing role, it can be challenging to understand the most effective, efficient and successful way to interact with prospective and existing clients.

I’ve noticed that the content of most Sales Degrees are focussed on business management and marketing. There’s not a lot of information or guidance out there to tell you what to do, but most importantly how to approach sales on an everyday basis… in the real world!

Someone once said to me: smart people learn from their mistakes but smarter people learn from others’. This really hit home when I was running my first two businesses. I didn’t have the luxury of trying something for 3 or 6 months only to discover it wasn’t working, or wasn’t for me. I needed to know what would work now, and execute it quickly. No one had ever taught me how to sell, or to run a meeting effectively, or the psychology behind communication; I had to learn it the hard way.

This course is the blueprint of that 20+ year experience of running and selling my own businesses, and training sales and non-sales people how to get the most from the opportunities we generated. This course provides you with regular drops of the information, skills, tactics and strategies that formed that framework and it will continue to grow, adapt and develop in the future.

If at any time you have questions, you can book time with me 1-2-1 from within the course: I am here to support you achieving the success you want.
